Acceptance of terms

By using DobbyLight, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the service

You agree to use DobbyLight only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the service. You are responsible for the Google account you connect and for any data you add to the app.

Your data

DobbyLight stores your family data in your own Google account. You retain ownership of your data. Our server does not operate a database and does not permanently store your family data; it is used only to broker Google sign-in and to relay AskDobby requests to Google's Gemini API. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device and Google account used to access DobbyLight. We are not responsible for unauthorised access caused by a failure to keep your device or account secure.

No warranty

DobbyLight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or secure. You use it at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed appointments, or other issues arising from use of the app.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DobbyLight and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You can stop using DobbyLight at any time. You can also revoke the app's access from your Google account settings.
